Douglas J. Brook

Douglas J. BrookDouglas J. Brook is a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience in business operations focusing on knowledgemanagement (KM) and collaboration as well as software and systems development in both the public and private sectors. Having more than 15 years experience to draw upon, he has helped shape the future of KM and collaboration within the Air Force as the project manager on the highly successful Air Force Knowledge Now (AFKN) program.

Currently, as President, Senior Partner and CEO of Triune Group, Mr. Brook continues to serve in an advisory capacity for the AFKN program while overseeing and guiding the growth of Triune Group. Under his leadership the company has more than tripled its revenues and employment base in the last three years and he has recently implemented a strategic business plan to position the company for expansion into the Washington, D.C. area.

Prior to investing in Triune, Douglas owned and operated a successful software products and services company while in the private sector. His previous projects included software engineering, hand-held device wireless networking, and narcotics tracking systems.

Born in Ohio, Mr. Brook holds a degree in Computer Science from Wright State University and is an MBA candidate at the University of Dayton. He has received a number of awards and certifications and is the holder of a U.S. patent for the System and Method for Tracking Drugs in a Hospital.
